In view of affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the respondents, learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner would explore possibility of resolution of the grievance through alternate remedy possible.

Having regard to aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of, making it clear that such disposal of the writ petition may not impede the approach to be made, which may be looked into in accordance with law, including the defense taken in the affidavit in reply on behalf of the respondents. All the points are kept for for the parties.
