Heard both the sides.

Considering the challenge in the appeal, the applicants are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) along with proportionate up to date interest thereon, upon execution of an undertaking before the concerned Tribunal that in case any order, adverse to their interest is passed in this appeal, they would refund the amount, within a period of four months from the date of such order.
