The petitioner is seeking to challenge the order whereby Education Officer has refused to grant approval. The order has been passed by the Education Officer on 23.04.2024 (Exhibit-P).

In the light of an alternate remedy available under Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024 the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy.

The issue regarding limitation shall not be wrecked up by the appellate authority if the appeal is preferred within two weeks.
