In view of above, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the School Tribunal, Aurangabad to dispose of the pending appeal bearing appeal No. 27 of 2017, within two months from today, without getting influenced by the observations made by the School Tribunal while rejecting the application for stay filed by the petitioner.
