After arguing at length on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, Respondent No. 1/party-in-person requested that she was required to attend this matter from Ujaain at 7-8 occasions, therefore, she may be awarded costs. The request is genuine and deserves to be accepted. Bhagyawant Punde
