Today, on instructions, the petitioner desires to withdraw the petition with a request that Complaint (ULP) No.101/2017 may be directed to be decided within a time frame. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.

The Industrial Court, Ahmednagar shall decide Complaint (ULP) No.101/2017, as expeditiously as possible and not later than 30/12/2022. The litigating parties shall co-operate for the earlier disposal.
