Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already withdrawn 50 per cent of the amount out of the amount deposited in this Court. So far as the balance amount under award is concerned, the respondent acquiring body has not deposited entire amount before Court and as such the applicant may be permitted to withdraw 25 per cent of the remaining amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 25 per cent on furnishing solvent security/surety as per the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013.

In view of aforesaid order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013 the applicant is permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing solvent security/surety.

Civil Application is disposed of.
