This matter was heard for some time. We expressed our disinclination since a dispute between a daughter in law and parents in law, is brought before this Court seeking a direction that the order of the learned J.M.F.C. be quashed and set aside and a further direction that the Respondents may be directed to vacate the possession of the house. Further direction is sought that gold ornaments and cash should be returned by the in laws. 2.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The connected Civil Application with this petition would not survive and stands disposed off.
