ORDER :

The learned counsel for petitioner is heard. The order made by the Magistrate of recording verification of the complainant in a private complaint is challenged. Such order cannot be challenged and this Court is not expected to use writ jurisdiction. The Magistrate can follow further recourse and possibility of dismissal of matter under section 202 of Cr.P.C. cannot be ruled out.

In view of these circumstances, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to come to this Court again, if process is issued. Disposed of as withdrawn.
