Petitioner is challenging order of invalidation. 2.

Incidentally, his sister Shreya had also faced similar invalidation. In Writ Petition No. 9803 of 2024, she had put up a similar challenge. By order dated 20 September 2024 for the reasons recorded therein she was held entitled to have a certificate of validity subject to outcome in the matter the committee had decided to reopen of the validity holders. 3.

Petitioner also deserves to be considered equally. We, therefore, pass following order.

The writ petition is allowed partly. Impugned judgment

2 wp 11866.24 and order dated 15.10.2024 passed by respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee is quashed and set aside. Respondent No. 2/Scrutiny Committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe immediately in prescribed proforma. Same shall be subject to out come of reverification undertaken by the scrutiny committee of the earlier validity holder. The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities. [SHAILESH P.
