Heard both sides. Heard Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. None appears for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6, though served.

The petitioner is seeking direction to include his name in online portal and to release the salary.

It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed after following due procedure of law. His appointment was approved by the respondent No. 3/Education Officer vide order dated 27th November, 2020. The proposal for inclusion of his name was forwarded by the respondent - management to the respondent

2 wp 13020.23 No. 3/Education Officer on 22.01.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that relying upon the judgment and orders rendered by the coordinate benches in the matter of Aparna Vikas Thakur and another Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 3141 of 2021 and in the matter of Minakshi Chandrakant Parab @ Angha Anand Margaj Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others, in Writ Petition Stamp No. 24049 of 2021, the petitioner is entitled for inclusion of his name in the online portal and to receive the salary. 4.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that petitioner's proposal is still pending and it would be considered on its own merits.

Considering the view taken by the coordinate benches in the matters referred by the petitioner, the present case is also squarely covered. The petitioner's approval is intact and his proposal is awaiting the decision at the hands of the respondent No. 2. It is pertinent to note that the salary bills are forwarded by the management to the respondent No. 4 on 05.03.2023 including the petitioner's bills. Under above circumstances this petition can be dispose of by following directions. i) The respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are directed to take appropriate steps to include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali (online portal) within four (04) weeks from today.

3 wp 13020.23 ii) The respondent Nos. 2 to 4 shall take appropriate steps to release the salary of the petitioner within two (02) weeks thereafter as per the salary bill submitted by the respondent - management.

iii) The writ petition is disposed of.
