Learned Counsel Mr. P.R. Nagare causes appearance on behalf of appellant - Acquiring Body. 2.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 851 days which appears to be caused due to getting sanction. There is no strong objection from other side. The claimants, though served, but remained absent. As such, the delay of 851 days stands condoned.
