The petitioner contends that, he is appointed within the sanctioned strength as prescribed by the respondents. However, the proposal for according approval has not been considered by respondent No.2.

In the facts of the case, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on the proposal tendered by the institution for according approval to the appointment of the petitioner on its own merit, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner. Petition is disposed of.
