ORDER:

The petitioner seeks pay-scale of Selection Grade. The petitioner is working as a Hostel Superintendent in a Primary School under the Social Welfare Department. The learned counsel submits that the representations are made to the authority, however, the same are not yet considered.

The Institution will have to submit the proposal. The petitioner has given representations to respondents No. 3 and 4.

The respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of selection grade pay scale (page 20) after hearing the petitioner and also respondent No. 5 and shall take decision upon it expeditiously on its own merits and as per policy, preferably within six months from today.
