Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

The petitioner is claiming rental compensation in respect of the land which was acquired for the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. The petitioner claimed that though an application is tendered for determination of the amount of rental compensation, the same has not been determined.

In the facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 Collector and Respondent No.5 Spl. Land Acquisition Officer to determine the amount of rental compensation after extending opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and 1/2

933.odt the acquiring body, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and accordingly they are directed.

Upon determination of rental compensation,if the petitioner is held entitled to receive the amount, the Acquiring Body- Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall pay the amount as would be determined by respondent Nos. 2 and 5, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months thereafter.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
