918-19-20.CA.12522.19.odt PER COURT :

1.

We have heard Mr. Patil the learned advocate for the applicant. The learned counsel submits that there are two views holding the field. This Court in another Writ Petition bearing No.3928/2018 under order dated 02.05.2019 had negatived the claim of a similar situated person. In view of that the present review application is filed. 2.

Mr. Shelke The learned counsel submits that the Management has not authorized the present applicant to file the review applications and has issued a letter dated 27.12.2019 to the original writ petitioners. The learned counsel further submits that the State has accepted the said judgment and has accorded the benefit as directed by this Court. 3.

By virtue of order under review it is either the Government or the Management that can be said to be aggrieved. The present applicant cannot be said to be aggrieved. As contended by the learned advocate for the original writ petitioners the Government has accepted the order and implemented it also.

4.

As neither the Government nor the Management is coming forward to assail the order under review, the review at behest of the present applicant cannot be entertained.

5.

In light of that the review applications along with civil applications are disposed of. No costs.
