The learned Advocate representing the PIL petitioner submits on instructions that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.07.2022, the concerned Authorities have taken steps and the grievances voiced by the petitioners, have been redressed. The petitioners, therefore, desire to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above, the PIL petition stands disposed off. khs/Dec.2022/114

In so far as the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- that the petitioners have been deposited in this Court in December 2021, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners desire to donate Rs.50,000/- to the Advocate'

s Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. As such, the Registry shall transmit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in favour of Advocate'

s Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. The remainder amount of Rs.50,000/- alongwith accrued interest, can be withdrawn by the petitioners on proper identification through the learned Advocate. 4.

In view of the above, pending civil application does not survive and stands disposed off.
