DATED : 29th NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- This petition takes exception to notice issued by respondent No.2 dated 8th October 2018. The practice of filing petition against show cause notice stands deprecated. In the present case, the petitioner has aggrieved by the notice issued by the Tahsildar, he can approach to the appropriate authorities i.e. Collector, Divisional Commissioner. 2.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition, however, we make it clear that it would be open for petitioner to avail of alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. 3.
