ORDER :- Parties have produced the Consent Terms which are marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the parties and their respective counsel. We have verified the correctness of the contents from the respondent, who is personally present and the appellant, who is present virtually, via Video Conferencing. 2.

Parties as well their learned counsel admit the correctness of the contents of the Consent Terms and pray for disposal of the Family Court Appeal in view of the Consent Terms. 3.

We have also gone through the Consent Terms and we

Learned counsel for the parties point out that an amount of Rs. 25 Lakhs is deposited before this Court on 2nd February, 2022, out of which Rs. 5 Lakhs is to be paid to the appellant/husband and the balance amount alongwith interest , if any, is to be paid to the respondent wife.

We, therefore, direct the office to pay an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs to the appellant or his duly constituted attorney and the balance amount alongwith interest, if any, shall be paid to the respondent. 6.

It will be open for the appellant to furnish his bank details, as certified by the learned counsel for the appellant. If such bank details are furnished, the office shall transfer the amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs to the account of the appellant.

In that view of the matter, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement (marked "X"). In the circumstances, there shall be no orders as to cots. Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of. Decree be drawn accordingly. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
