The only prayer pressed by the Petitioners is that the pending Appeal under Section 247(1) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 filed on 21.10.2020, be decided by Respondent No. 1, within a particular time frame.

The learned GP submits that at least 150 days may be granted.

Considering that the Appeal has been lodged in October, 2020, we would expect Respondent No. 1 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and by

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
