This is an application seeking extension of time to comply the directions contained in the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court. The learned Counsel for the petitioner vehemently opposes the prayer. He submits that sufficient time was grated for compliance of the said order.

However, in the interest of justice, further four weeks time is granted to comply the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court. We make it clear that no prayer for further extension of time will be considered. The application is partly allowed and stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
