The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending at the stage of vigilance as per the instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The petitioner is in employment with respondent Nos. 4 and 5. It is submitted that, the proposal for continuation after the probation period is pending with the Education Officer Primary.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before

The Education Officer Primary shall decide the proposal sent by the management seeking approval to the continuation of the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today. Same would be subject to the decision of the Committee in validation proceeding. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
