The first application is filed by the Applicant for listing Writ Petition No.8859/2011 for final hearing out of turn since in identical cases (Kalyan Dhondiba Lende vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2013 (4) BCR 639), this Court has already delivered a judgment and decided several petitions.

Insofar as the second Civil Application is concerned, this Court has already passed orders on 02.08.2013 and 08.08.2013, by which ad-interim order granted on 07.02.2012 was confirmed. In the light thereof, Civil Application No.3963/2012 is disposed of in terms of the orders dated 02.08.2013 and 08.08.2013.
