Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. Seen the Order dated 31/07/2013 passed by this Court [other Hon'ble Judge] directing the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon to take charge of the Trust and conduct election. The respondents are taking objections on various grounds to the Change Report, which includes ground that election ought to have been held as per the constitution. When this Court had directed the Assistant Charity Commissioner, learned Senior Counsel is expected to satisfy the Court as to how contempt is committed by the present respondents. Learned Senior Counsel submitted that similar

Learned Senior Counsel prayed for withdrawal of the present Contempt Petition. Permission granted. 3.

In view of the above, Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
