Learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of this petition, the term of the ofce of members of the Gram Panchayat is over and so far as disqualifcation incurred by the petitioners for that term is concerned, petitioners no.1 and 3 are also re-elected in the Gram Panchayat election for the year 2000-2025. The learned Counsel, thus, submits that the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
