The tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe) is invalidated. The tribe claim is invalidated under the common judgment dated 26.11.2021 delivered in case of petitioner and his paternal cousin namely Gangasagar Shivaji Ambatwad. Gangasagar Shivaji Ambatwad had assailed the said judgment by filing Writ Petition No. 13794 of 2021. This Court under order dated 13.12.2021 allowed the writ petition and directed issuance of conditional validity.

The said judgment was delivered in view of the judgment delivered in the case of real sister of Gangasagar Shivaji Ambatwad in

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 4.

In the light of the above, we follow the same course and pass similar order.

The committee shall issue the validity certificate to the petitioner of "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe) immediately. 6.

In case, the committee is successful in getting the judgment in Writ Petition No. 4892 of 2019, Writ Petition No. 8204 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 10515 of 2017 reviewed, then the present judgment would be subject to the decision of the same. 7.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
