This motion is made for carrying out the amendment in prayer clause [B] of the applications.

The learned counsel for applicants submits that vide order dated 28.11.2025, this Court allowed the Civil Applications in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C]. It is further submitted that in second line of prayer clause [B] in C. A. No. 11299 of 2025 and in third line of prayer clause [B] in C. A. No. 11300 of 2025, instead

CA No.11299.2025 -2of 'added as Respondents in W.P.' inadvertently, 'added as Applicant' is mentioned. Therefore, the learned counsel for applicants seeks leave to amend the said prayer clause in Civil Applications.

In that view of the matter, prayer being innocuous, leave is granted to carry out amendment in prayer clause [B]. Amendment be carried within two weeks.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
