Learned counsel appearing for proposed L.Rs. has no objection if L.Rs. are taken on record, however, learned counsel has expressed her concern over the conduct of the applicant while obtaining interim order from this Court against the dead person. Same will be dealt with while hearing on admission. However, since no objection is given to this civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B and C. Civil application accordingly disposed of.
