ORDER :

The application is filed for recalling the order of dismissal made by this Court on 15.7.2016. Heard the learned counsel for applicants.

The counsel is taking blame to himself.

Delay of around 68 days is caused. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made, this Court holds that delay needs to be condoned and application needs to be allowed. So, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 15.7.2016 is recalled.

CA No. 607/2017 Matter is restored to its original number.

The learned counsel for applicants made a statement that copies are already supplied. In view of this circumstance, issue notice to respondents in writ petition. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for all respondents. List the writ petition on 24.3.2017.
