I do not find any substance in this writ petition. The learned District Judge has taken all care while passing the impugned order directing the incoming trustees as per Change Report, which is pending for consideration in appeal, as not to take any policy decision till the appeal is disposed of and further given certain directions to the Education Officer in respect of appointment of Head Master. I do not find any fault in the impugned order. Writ petition is devoid of any merits and same deserves to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed. No costs. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
