By the present application, the applicant seeks to bring the legal heirs of deceased-respondent no.4 on record who died on 21.10.2017, so also, prayed for condonation of delay of 2077 days caused for bringing the legal heirs on record as well as setting aside the abatement. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The delay of 2077 days is hereby condoned on the grounds set in the application. The Abatement is set aside. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days from today.
