Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the writ petition was filed challenging the provisional voters list, however during the interregnum, the elections have been conducted. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the said election.

The petitioner may assail the election as may be permissible in law. All the contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
