Order of which the petitioner is alleging that there is disobedience reads as under :

The learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that he has received two documents from the learned AGP, both dated 2.8.2022. One pertains to the District Collector's Office and the other document pertains to the office of Minor Irrigation Division No. 1, Aurangabad. Both these documents are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for identification. 2.

We find that the competent authority is proceeding to inspect the fields of the petitioners to assess the extent, to which the land is submerged. We trust, this

2 cp 1000.23 exercise would be completed within nine months. 3.

Considering that, the petitioners grievance is being looked into, this petition is disposed off.
