Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel submits that the liquidator has done nothing as it appears from the order of the commissioner of Cooperation and Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune. 2.

In view of that, the relief claimed in the present matter may not survive. However, subsequent orders passed will be required to be

( 2 ) wp 10094.13 assailed. The leaned counsel submits that he may be granted liberty to assail the same.
