The petitioner moved representation before respondent Nos.2 and 3 on 20.08.2018 praying to reconsider the recovery of increment. His representation is pending since 2018.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of this writ petition would be served by issuing direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 20.08.2018.

The learned Counsel for Zilla Parishad would contend that the decision has been correctly passed.

Considering the issue involved in the matter, we dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order.

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
