PER COURT :- Petitioner's proposal for transfer from unaided school to aided school has not yet been decided. Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks. It is clarified that unless it is demonstrated by the petitioner by specific pleading that the delay in complying with the directions given by this Court was deliberate and with malafide intention, the petition for taking action of contempt of Court would not be entertained. With the direction as above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
