This is a second bail application of the applicant. This time, the applicant is seeking bail on the ground of ill-health of his wife. It has been argued that she is pregnant. However, child in womb has problem. She has to undergo a surgery. There is no one to look after her.

Considering the medical condition of his wife, support of the applicant may be required till she undergoes medical treatment. Hence, the applicant may be released on bail for a particular duration. Hence, the following order :- i) Applicant - Ashok s/o. Shesherao Mammale be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.308 of 2022 registered with Omerga Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, for three months from the date of his release.

ii) After expiry of three months, the applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent of District Prison, Osmanabad. iii) In above terms, the application stands disposed of. ( S. G. MEHARE, J. ) rrd
