Limited prayer is made in the present writ petition to the effect that validation proceeding is pending it be directed to be decided expeditiously. The said proceeding is pending since the year 2008. It is stated that even vigilance is conducted and reply is also filed.

We have heard learned AGP also.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is still pending with respondent No.2 Committee, the respondent No.2 Committee

( 2 ) wp12417.17 shall decide the said proceedings expeditiously on its own merits, preferably within six months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.11.2017. 4.

The writ petitions accordingly stand disposed. No costs.
