This is an application for condonation of delay of 1219 days caused in filing first appeal. Out of the common judgment and award few more appeals were filed by the appellants belatedly and by order dated 20.03.2018 the delay was condoned by this Court subject to certain conditions.

The learned A. G. P. opposes the application. 3.

For the reasons assigned in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay subject to undertaking that the applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period.
