This is an Application for bringing on record the Legal Representatives of the Deceased - Appellant, namely, Narayan Laxman Shinge.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3. 3.
A copy of Death Certificate showing the name of the Deceased as Narayan Laxman Shinge and a copy of the Heirship Certificate issued by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, District Dharashiv, showing the Applicants - Suraj Narayan Shinge, Rukmini Vitthal Shinde, and Adesh Narayan Shinge as the Legal Heirs of the said Deceased, are placed on record along with the Application. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within a period of two [02] weeks.
