(a) Civil Application No.14787/2015:- Shri Patil, learned Advocate for the Petitioner/ Applicant, submits that the Appellate Authority would be meeting on 19.11.2015 in relation to the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2015. This Civil Application is for extension of time as the period accorded to the Applicant has expired on 06.11.2015. He also points out that the Respondent/ Non Applicant had sought an extension for furnishing certain documents.

*2* 11.ca.14787.15.wp.3910.14 Shri Biradar, learned Advocate for the Non-Applicant/ Respondent No.1, strenuously opposes the application for extension of time. He submits that the Applicant is delaying the matter only to tire out the Non Applicants.

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocates and the contentions set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Time as earlier granted by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2015 is extended till 30.11.2015.

(b) Writ Petition No.3910/2014:- The petition be posted on 05.12.2015 for further consideration.

Needless to state, the interim relief granted earlier shall continue till the next date of hearing in this petition. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
