PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondents to consider their claim for extending the benefits in respect of sinking of well in the agriculture property under 'Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme' in consonance with the Government Resolution dated 17.12.2012.

The petitioner has pointed out certain irregularities committed by the Respondents in finalizing the list of beneficiaries under the scheme. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 4, on instructions, makes a statement that, in view of the complaints received by the authorities in respect of the list of beneficiaries under the scheme concerning the village Sondev Dhara,

WP 11129.2014.odt Tq. & Dist Jalna, the authorities have taken a decision to reconsider the claims and finalize the list. It is contended that, the respondents shall undertake the exercise afresh for finalizing the list of beneficiaries under the scheme concerning the village in question, and declare their decision as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of three months from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos.3, 4 on instructions, grievance raised by the petitioners stand redressed. Writ Petition is disposed of.
