Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicants. Perused the application. 2.
This Court has already granted permission to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court to the applicants as per Order dated 28th April, 2017.

It has been submitted that the applicants (original claiamants) are married daughters of deceased Nityanandrao Randive. After the marriage their names are changed. They are intending to withdraw the amount by utilizing names after their marriage. 4.
In view of submissions and circumstances come on record, there is no impediment to allow the application. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount by utilizing names of their husband instead of maiden names.
