By an order dated 31.07.2019 this Court (Coram : R.V. Ghuge, J.) issued notice to the respondent inter alia directed the applicant to furnish paper book on or before 08.08.2019, with further stipulation that if applicant fails to furnish copy of the paper book, the application shall stand rejected on 09.08.2019, without reference to the Court. 2.

Learned counsel has invited my attention to the document taken from the website of this Court, giving details of this matter, wherein, it is indicated that the application was rejected on 31.07.2019 itself, when the matter was, in fact, posted on 09.08.2019. A mistake by the office is apparent.

As such, the order, rejecting the application on 31.07.2019 is restored to the file. Delay is condoned. Application is allowed. 4.

List the Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 152/2019 for final disposal at the stage of admission, in the week commencing from 28th March, 2022.
