This Court by order dated dated 12th July 2019 had given direction to the appellant to supply the copies for issuance of the notice, in case if appellant fails to supply the copies, the appeal/application will stands dismissed automatically without further reference of the Court. The appellant has not supplied the copies hence appeal against respondent No.3 is dismissed. 3.
Today, learned counsel Mr. S.C. Arora submits that he waive the service of notice for respondent No.3. Hence matter is restored against respondent No.3.

Considering submission of all learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, delay for fling appeal is condoned. Applicant shall not claim interest and statutory benefts for delayed period and shall fle undertaking in that regard.

Appeal be registered as per procedure.
