Though the Civil Application is opposed by the other side contending that for long time the applicants have not taken steps against Respondent No.3, in fact Respondent No.3 is also the original Appellant No.4 before the Wakf Tribunal. Considering the avernments made in the Civil Application and since the name of Respondent No.3 now corrected, issue notice to Respondent No.3 on the address as mentioned in the Civil Application as mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Civil Application, returnable on 06.12.2019.
