This Writ Petition is directed against the Order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur.

It is brought to our notice that, the State Government in School Education and Sports Department has constituted a Committee comprising of the Divisional Deputy Director of Education and Junior Administrative Officer / Superintendent of the concerned Deputy Directors Division to deal with the grievances of the teachers from the Primary as well as Secondary Schools by way of Government Resolution dated 07.03.2024. After going through the said G.R., the issue involved

in this Petition can very well be considered and decided by the said Committee.

After hearing all the sides for considerable time and considering that the aforesaid Committee was very much in place when the impugned order was passed, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the said Committee constituted vide G. R. dated 07.03.2024, if she chooses to. If such Application / Appeal / Representation is made by the Petitioner before the said Committee, the Committee shall consider the same afresh, on its own merits, ignoring the impugned Order dated 14.08.2024 which was passed by the Respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur.

It is the contention of learned Advocate Shri. Godbole appearing for Respondent Nos.6 to 8 that, though the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 are working with the Respondent No.5 - School, they are not getting salary due to this Petition.

The concerned Authority shall look into the same and pay the salary to Respondent Nos.6 to 8 in accordance with law, if they are actually working.
