Heard learned advocate for applicant. Applicant seeks to condone the delay of 36 days caused in filing the appeal. The applicant states that his father was suffering from medical emergency and he was attending him. As such, delay has occasioned. 2.

Considering reasons stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In the result, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
