Applicants-original respondents in appeal have filed present application stating therein the reasons for their absence before this court on previous date.

In view of the grounds mentioned in the application, which are satisfactory to condone absence of respondents before this court on previous date, we are not proceeding to

Learned counsel for applicants submits that respondent no. 8 in appeal, namely, Ambadas s/o Satwa Jagtap, expired on 24-8-2010 and has annexed his death certificate to present application.

In view of the same, appeal stands abated against applicant no. 8 - original respondent no. 8 in appeal. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
