By order dated 25th September 2024, we had taken note of the fact that the learned Advocate for the petitioners, who was then appearing, filed a pursis for discharging him in view of the fact that he had intimated to the petitioners about his intention to withdraw the Vakalatnama. Track report was also filed and therefore, as a precautionary measure, notice was directed to be issued to petitioner Nos. 4 to 6. However, as regards petitioner Nos. 4 to 6 are concerned, the Court notices have been returned un-served for want of detailed address. Now, they were the

cwp-1430.21 persons who had filed the present Writ Petition but it appears that they had not given proper address of themselves. Hence the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
